Hair Conditioner: Apply a small amount to clean wet hair, comb through and leave on while you shower, rinse with warm water. Use 2 to 4 times per week, depending on hair condition

Scalp Treatment: Apply to scalp, massage for a minute. Wrap head with a warm towel or shower cap and let sit for 15 minutes prior to shampooing. This can also be applied to wet hair in the shower letting it sit for 5 minutes prior to shampoo.
